"It was ok. I did like the beef barbacoa though. Almost everything was emptied, chips stale a bit. Wish there was more variety of salsas. Brown rice was good and queso too. Service was wonderful and they were very nice, helped me too since it was my first time getting it."
"This location is awful! The rice isn’t seasoned…and that’s if they even have rice! Always out of chips, out of almost everything every time we go. Don’t ever order online because you it will be wrong! I ordered 2 cheese quesadilla meals online, got home and there was no cheese… just crispy tortillas. The employees are rude and don’t seem to care about anything. This is my favorite restaurant and I will drive to Panama City Beach or Montgomery before I make the quick drive to the Dothan location."
"I absolutely love Chipotle and recommended all the time. However, this location seems to really struggle with being able to have things available at peak times. Not having things available when opening, makes no sense to me and then at dinner to not have guac and other main staples of the business is baffling. The staff here are usually very helpful and nice."
"Horrible customer service every time I visit. I ordered a quesadilla but got a chicken taco. They are always out of steak and asada well before their closing time and the employees attitudes lack care."
"I have been to this locations 3 separate occasions, all 6 months to a year apart, and every single time I have had the same unsatisfactory experience. Literally no folks, special drinks because they were all out, and when I went to get lemonade it was just water. I had to get chicken because like the last three times I’ve been they didn’t have any other food prepared. I am not frustrated with the employees. Their attitudes weren’t the best, but I don’t blame them. They did not have enough food product. Whoever is running this place needs to get it together."
