"This is the first time ever I’ve received a very bad cut. I went in for a trim because the hair on the top when curling was getting to poopy . The hair dresser asked me if I wanted my ears cut out or let the hair over my ears. I told her I didn’t care about that part of my hair, I just want a trim on top. She proceeded to turn me towards the other chairs and I couldn’t see anything happening. She had the clippers and I thought she was just shaving longer hairs on the back of my neck. Nope, she shave my hair so short. When she gave me the mirror to look. I said wow you didn’t leave me hair to work with. I was so upset I drove to my daughters and she said mom what the hell did she do. Your hair is all messed up. She took pictures of the left side of my head and there was a huge spot shaped like a triangle above my ear taken out. I got my daughter’s curling iron and it’s so short that it can’t even curl it. It just stands straight up. My daughter said I have the perfect Mohawk. I work in an office and need to feel like I’m presentable. Worst cut of my 64 years of life."
"Awful experience they completely butchered my daughters hair. When cutting they didn't spay her hair and it's completely uneven and horrible. Will never come back in fact I have to pay someone else to get it fix"
