I love this place. They are amazing. They make you feel very comfortable and do a great job. Terandis is the best. I have going for over 2 years and every time has been great. Prices are fair for the service. I purchase the wax packages that makes the services cheaper. Still has great service."

"I’ve been a customer for years, but the staffing changed and so did the quality of the customer service. The receptionist Kelsey in particular is extremely unprofessional. I called to inquire about an appointment change that was made abruptly and to figure out why was I only notified A DAY before my appointment (not even a full day). This isn’t normal behavior from MKP, so I figured something must be wrong. I typically get a text, email, and phone call, but instead I only received an email a day before my appointment about the time of my appointment changing AND my artist. Granted, I’ve seen other wax artist’s before, BUT ONLY if my regular wax artist was fully booked and after consulting with her about another artist she recommended me to see in her absence. So my issue was not seeing another artist. I had two issues. My first issue was the fact that my appointment was changed leaving me with no time to consult with my wax artist, but had I changed my mind about my appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I would be charged a fee for the inconvenience on my end. My last issue was the unprofessionalism, the lies being told about them contacting me via email more than once and the day/time my appointment was rescheduled (even though I had concrete proof to show that they only changed my appointment on the day that I contacted them, which is why I called), the tone of voice from the receptionist, and the constant interruptions. Simply unprofessional. As previously mentioned, I have been a customer for years and never experienced such poor customer service from MKP until this receptionist came aboard the MKP team. She has been difficult to work with in person and over the phone. The receptionist should always be polite, attentive, and PROFESSIONAL. Not argumentative and dishonest. Because essentially they are the first and last face we see of the business. Poor customer service will end customer/business relationships every time. I’m saddened by this, but I refuse to receive poor customer service while supporting any business. No one should should have to experience such behavior."

"I went in for my first Brazilian today and will absolutely be back. MKP salon was very clean and comfortable which helped calm my anxiety about the service. I was scheduled with Natasha for a Brazilian (Sugaring method for my sensitive skin). She was very polite and informative. The service went quickly and I was able to purchase quality post-care products for myself. Definitely give MKP a go if you've been thinking of trying this or wanting to switch from wherever you currently go!"
