"Had an extremely unpleasant haircut/costumer service, cut a lock out of my hair and when i ask to have a different lady cut my hair the lady cutting my hair got and attitude on top of trying to lie about how my hair was already cut, then got told i could leave the store because i told them how my hair that I’ve been growing out for year was messed up had to apologize so i could get my hair cut finished, didn’t tip either lady; red headed, and gray headed lady bc how un happy i was about the happy about how they approached it, will not be going back, and I've been a customer there since i was a child and I’ve seen the same faces and was not treated with respect or and acknowledgment."

"This is for the Great Clips @ Newton Crossroads. I got there at 20 minutes till close and just needed a quick shampoo. I had car trouble and so that's why I was so late getting there; I normally never go in a place so close to closing but I had somewhere to be and my hair looked so bad that I just wanted a quick wash. They were so nice & welcoming, even before knowing I just needed something quick. Nancy took care of me with a smile and an awesome attitude, and she gave me a terrific shampoo and didn't skimp on the wonderful scalp scrubbing that feels fantastic! I gave her a much-deserved 50% tip. Thank you so much, Nancy, I'll be back to get that cut we talked about!"

"If you’re Latino or black hair texture do not go to Angela the manager at Conyers, GA location, she lacks professionalism and is not cultural sentive to texture hair. As we are walking into to the door with (appt set and called in advance) she look at my fiancé (curly corse hair) while having a customer In her chair and a another customer in lobby, yelled across the lobby, “you have to comb your hair i can’t cut that” , it will take too long and I have to leave my chair open for other haircut appt all day,!” The time was 5:40pm the shop closed at 7, we just came in for shampoo wash and trim, which is part of service they provide. Another stylist Lisa, came by and help us. Lisa was amazing however I thought had my mix child walked In for a trim the horrible experience she would’ve had. If Angela could not handle mix hair she could’ve spoken to an other coworker privately for assist but to call out a new customer out like that was embarrassing, shocking, rude and disrespectful."
