"I've been to this location 2 x's around 11ish and you can find the employees sitting in their cars and never answered for us. Very disappointing. If I were owner or DM I would definitely clean house and find employees that wouldn't mind working."
"Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup at 10:05pm. The restaurant drive-thru is open until midnight. Multiple cars were parked outside the building, but the doors were locked, and nobody answered the drive-thru speaker or was visible at the drive-thru window. Doesn't appear very "open until 12am" to me as their sign and hours on the door suggest."

"This has to be the most delapitated BK I have ever been to. The Health Department should probably go and shut this place down immediately. The staff was great, but the ceiling was falling apart due to moisture, the floors and windows filled with dirt and mold, the bathroom absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, despite the friendly staff, this establishment needs to be demolished and rebuilt. I don't think a little remodeling will do it unless you gut the entire inside."
