Dickey's Barbecue Pit

"I'm a doordasher, this location accepted a large order that I drove 12 miles to get. I called the store twice because the website said they closed at 9, and the order pickup was 9:30. They did not answer and apon arrival I was told that yes they were closed, and that they had sold out of all meat before they accepted the order. I went from a $16 order that was nearly 20 miles round trip, to $3.25 because they didn't have the integrity to tell the customer there was no way they'd be able to actually fulfill the order. This is pathetic on their part."

"Best part of my order was the baked beans and the fries. The ribs were hard and dry and the brisket tasted either old or undercooked. I could not finish the brisket because of this. I was not asked if I needed barbecue sauce, but had to go back in after I got to the car and checked the bag. No napkins or utensils in the bag for a to go order. When I went back in one of the workers was on the customer side of the counter leaned over laying on the counter where you pick up the food. The person that made my plate had to ask 3 times how many ribs came on the 2 meat plate. They were out of pulled pork at 7 pm. I’ve had much better food at other locations of Dickeys. This one just seemed like the workers didn’t care. For the price and this experience I will not be returning."

"When ordering anything other than wings, all is fine, but the last 3 visits for only wings, here ya go. (All are carry out, therefore didn’t recognize the issue until getting home) First time, ordered 15 wings and received 8. The 8 were all legs, no wings. They fixed it later, but still only legs . 2nd time, wrong sauce and couldn’t eat, yet still 14 legs and one wing. Tonight, 3rd time, count and sauce correct, but still, 13 legs, 1 wing, and something totally unidentifiable! My issue…. Where are the WINGS? They should, at least, be half and half. Otherwise, call them “Order of Legs”, not wings…. And where are the WINGS going? Home with the employees. Surely a restaurant doesn’t do this on purpose! That’s just bad for business."

"Our family had food catered for my mom's retirement party. The owner and staff were very professional. They allowed us to sample the sides before making our decision. The price was reasonable and we had enough food for the party and to go plates. We will definitely be using them again!! I didn't get pictures of before but the after should serve justice and we are eating leftovers today."

"If I could rate this a zero I would! Tonight my husband ordered 3 meals. One meal we didn’t even get and was still charged for, and the KIDS MEAL we ordered which was chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese was served raw!! Thankfully my child had not eaten any but sadly my husband took a bite! Every single piece of chicken was RAW!!! Some pieces were still almost frozen in the middle! My child is a high risk and could have easily gotten terribly sick with a food borne illness! I hope that this business takes some corrective action and retrains their entire staff on proper cooking times and temperatures!! This could have easily taken a terrible turn for the worst but my husband will be going up there tomorrow to discuss this situation! Will update if this is handled properly!"
