Not only do they have a 5 min grace period (which just started) they also took someone that walked in with me who had 3 services when I came with an appt with 1 service, took away my appt and then didn't even tell me and had me waiting! And then got an attitude with me when i told her she was wrong! Never going back! Too bad bc Sam is awesome!"

It's Been A While Since I Have Been There But I Am Back And I Am Not Going Anywhere Else. Cleo Did My Full Body Wax For Me Earlier Today. When I Tell You All I Am Highly Satisfied With Her Services I Am 100% Percent Satisfied. She Made Feel So Comfortable And She Was Super Nice And Sweet. I Already Made My Next Appointment To See Cleo In A Few Weeks. The Lady At The Front Desk Was Really Nice As Well.
