"I came in with my boys and my husband one evening and the lady with Mohawk looking hair cut ask me if it was a school field trip I looked at her and responded these are my children, the other stylist next her asked her did she really just say that, I found her to be rude and highly inappropriate and disrespectful I ended up leaving with two of my boys and my husband ended up staying. I’m not sure on your policy with interactions with costumer but I may or may not come back if she’s there."
