"My lash appt was for 10am. Taye was the tech and texted me 5 min before the appt to say she was running late....she arrived 25 min later. When she did my lashes, I was very pleased. I also had a 3:00pm microblading appt that same day. When she was done, she told me to remind her to complete the top part of my brows when I came back in 2 weeks. I scheduled my 2 week eyelash fill-in appt. However, 30 min before my appt, I texted Taye to confirm our appt and was told that she was healing from a facial injury but didn’t reply back about rescheduling my appt after I asked her to let me know when she would be back. Later, I texted her and told her I would find someone else to do my lashes (due to the fact a good amount had already shedded and I was returning to work soon). After a couple of weeks of my brows peeling, which was right at the 2 weeks after having them done, the brows didn’t even look as if they were done...$200 wasted and 1.5 hours of unnecessary pain! However, I figured when she did the top part it would make a difference. When I texted her about doing the top part as we had discussed, she never responded back. I wrote this review 3 days after not hearing back from her."

"My daughter and I had back to back appointments , confirmed the day before, waited for an hour and no one showed, returned a call, just nothing, business is ran very unprofessional. Their is no respect for others peoples time. Was referred to them by friends, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired."

"I've never experienced a "business" so unprofessional. What is the point of setting an appointment when the lash tech (in my case, Shuantel) is always late? My first appointment, I waited 40 minutes to be seen. When I finally got on the table, she is answering calls and having full personal phone calls while working on me! It was literally the whole time, listening to conversations that I had no interest in. The lashes looked OK getting off the table, but a few days later they were shedding very often. The only reason why I came back is I had a free fill-in with a groupon. Second visit, she's running late and I'm sitting outside the salon waiting for 20 minutes when she calls me back and asks me to reschedule cause she couldn't make it! I'll just take the loss of the free fill-in and never come back. Very unprofessional!"
