"Went in to find my daughter some pink hair to for two long braids. Asked gentlemen at the counter and he had an associate help me. She showed me where the hair was in the back. They have a very large selection as well as it being a large store and well organized. The price was great and if in that area and need hair again I will definitely go back!"

"If I could give these low down money hungry critters zero stars I would. I went and purchased a lace front last week. Couldn't even try on the display because I had a sew in. So I didn't know for sure what it would look like on my head nevertheless I purchased it because I liked it. Of course it wasnt the display I purchased. The lady gave me what was supposedly a brand new front lace. A week later I removed the sew in, ready to try on my new curly front lace. How about it looked new lace attached tags attached preceded to remove the stuffing of foam and paper only to see it had been ripped. I was so upset took it back with my receipt and they wouldn't even exchange it. This man was smiling while I was spending over $100.00 grinning in my face and everything the week before When i asked if he could exchange it he said no! He was the most inconsiderate money hungry critter I've seen. Trust and believe what goes around comes around.If you decide to shop here which i will never do again.Know what you're buying before you leave this store check your items before you leave these critters!"
