"I spent over $200 (Idc too much about the price because a service is a service) and left with a chemical burn in my eyes. My eyes are just now healing ! They were blood shot red for 4 days & it hurt to even blink!! I was to blame because “I opened my eyes” which I didnt, this isnt my first time getting a service like this. I am a master cosmetologist so I may not know too much about lashes but I do know your eyes arent supposed to be in pain after a lash service. It has been only been 5 days and 75% of my lashes have came out, I feel like I wasted my money because I have been consistently getting extensions for 4 years and this has never happened. I couldnt get in with my lash tech that day so I decided to give them a try and I am very much disappointed. The manager said that “they are strict on refunds” which I never even asked for one. Some business just need to be held accountable & at that moment I realized this is not somewhere I wouldnt want to keep giving my money to anymore."

"90% of my lashes came out in ONE week. They do not have good customer service nor did they try to accommodate. I emailed, called, and came in person before leaving this review. I have had my lashes done multiple times and this has never happened. I have since went elsewhere and have had a MUCH better experience with getting my lashes done and they have also not came out at ALL. Do not waste your time."

"Was a loyal customer until I kind of had enough. Got services done here about 10 times and there was always something going on with the system or appt. A girl accidentally charged me $50 instead of a $5 tip before. My last strike was when I got my lashes done and literally 75% of them fell out within two days. They had me pay for a refill and reach out to the owner/manager via email. They never responded or checked up on the situation. Retention is not the best when it comes to lashes here, usually gives me maybe a weeks worth of full lashes but that situation was really bad and handled poorly! Won’t be coming here anymore."

"I have been going to the Sandy Springs location for about 6 months. The lady I went to was awesome, my lashes lasted 3 weeks! Sadly, she left so I went to another lash tech there on a Wednesday for a volume set....by Friday 1/3 of my lashes were out. I called Saturday and they told me to text pictures which I did and got no response. I called and text after I sent the pics and still no response. I went in Tuesday, left my number as the front desk told me to and still no one has called me back."
