"Terrible service from a woman, I can’t remember her name but she is heavy set, tall, dark skinned, with gray and black hair. Terrible service on my daughter’s hair. She can’t braid, she doesn’t want to braid, and I don’t know why she’s there."

"I have visited this shop multiple times over several years. There is always this one braider that disappoints, she has done my hair 2x and I ended up taking it down a week later. Took my daughter (12 yrs old) in Saturday to get her hair braided, of course she was the only one available, and I was very disappointed when I saw the “finished” product. All she wanted was box braids, I figured she couldn’t mess up box braids. The braids are different lengths and get very thin. The braids aren’t braided all the way down and I’m not talking about a little bit loose on the ends. When I confronted the lady she said they don’t braid all the way down and offered to cut the ends off. That would just make them unravel faster. Wasted $180. Never going back here."

"After coming to this particular braiding shop for over a decade, the braiders are very unprofessional, prices have went up but the entire shop is so nasty including the restroom. I really wish they could understand for a things about customer service and overall work ethics. There are salons, braiding shops, and hair stylists working from home that all do those same braids but better. So you definitely lost a good customer in me."
