"I’ve been going to Nail Luv since abt 2015. I love their work but sometimes the prices are higher and not consistent. As a long time customer, I went yesterday and was barely acknowledged. And over charged. Maybe it was a bad day, all in all my nails are nice. Just need a set price list and better communication."
"I started going to Nail Luv back in the early 90’s for John to do my nails and the service was great then. My Mom and I went to get our nails and Pedicure done and John was still there and doing an excellent job and the atmosphere was very pleasant. So, if you are looking for great customer service please stop by the Nail Luv!!!"
"I came for a full set and a pedicure , they told me there would be a small wait which was fine but once they started on me it took the tech 45 mins to finish, after finish she walked away from me for about 20 minutes knowing i was waiting for a full set at this point i’ve been in the shop for 2 hours with nothing but my toes done . long story short the service is extremely slow definitely wouldn’t recommend for quick runs, the ONLY reason i gave two stars is because I actually like my pedi"
