Kedron Nails

"I came to get my nails done with my mom and left with the best set I’ve ever had. All my thanks to Jon, who tenderly removed my old acrylics without damaging the underlying nail and applied the new set with equal care. I asked for what I thought was a simple nude/white ombre and received an impeccable color match with the most perfect shape. I wish I didn’t live so far away, otherwise I’d come see him every single time."

"I have gone to Kedron Nails for well over a year now, they always do a great job and have great service. However the past two times I have went, I have had a very unpleasant experience with Kent. Last time I was there he was easily distracted by his phone, calling people and playing games. This was all while he was doing my nails, which he messed up because he was so distracted. I brushed it off because of all of the great experiences I have had before. Until today when I had scheduled an appointment at 4pm for my friends and I. We got there 15 minutes early, there was only one other customer in the store. Kent showed us to our tables, but the proceeded to sit back down and play a game. We waited 10 minutes then asked him if he could start our appointment. Which he rudely replied with “No, I have 4 more minutes to play my game before I start your appointment”. With that we got up and left, and found a new nail salon. I am very unhappy with the experience I had at Kedron Nails today. I will not be going back."

"I absolutely LOVE this Nail Shop. I love their appointment system. There is no wait and you get seated immediately. Although they do offer walk-ins, it is dependent upon availability of the Techs. I get the Hawaiian Nails done by Ken who sits in the front. He's always kind and so are the other workers. If you want consistency with no wait time then make an appointment with them."

"I love going to see Kathy at Kedron nails. She is the best. I have been a customer at Kedron nails for over 2 years. I usually schedule to go see her and I am open to other technicians for walk in visits. However today I was turned off by a negative experience with the guy up front. He had a dismissive tone as he told me that they were closed for any more slots because of their scheduled appointments. The nail salon would be open for two more hours. His inconsiderate tone was condescending. Normally the nail salon is welcoming to walk-ins as equally as so for their customers of scheduled appointments. Today’s interaction was inconsistent from previous experiences I have received from the guy up front. It is too many other great nail salons in Peachtree City to deal with rude people that do not care about being helpful to the customer. Kedron nails will lose other customers if the guy up front continues to not value all customers equally. I have moved on to better customer service. I don’t think I will be back."

"I had very nice natural nails-strong and fast growing. After my 3rd visit to this salon my nails are wrecked! I had my 'powder' nails removed 2 weeks ago at Kedron Nails and they're still paper thin and fragile. They filed off so much of my natural nail that there are soft spots and they hurt. I can't even get a regular manicure because they are so damaged and it's going to take weeks of strong vitamins and TLC to get them back to normal. Not going back."
