"5 Stars for Customer Service! I was in a huge pinch when a client of mine scheduled a last minute trip to Atlanta. We needed hair and makeup on short notice and I knew it would be a long shot finding services. I emailed the salon and that afternoon Kayla called to let me know she was checking with all staff, when it turned out everyone was booked she went above and beyond to find me a referral. Truly great customer service. If I ever find myself in the area, I will absolutely make an appointment."
"Balance Salon has such an amazing and welcoming vibe! Ive seen Ariah many times and she always gives me a hair cut and vibrant colorful highlights or full vibrant color. I get so many compliments on the blend of colors! To top off her service, the salon staff is always friendly and the salon is so clean and calming! It just invites you in with the style of the store. Definitely going to keep going here, best salon I’ve been to in years!"
