"They never open their salon anymore. I paid the deal they offer if you pay in advance and now I can’t even use it because they are never open. They need to refund me what I have left."
"Supported this business for the past 10 years when they were actually inside Cumberland Mall. The ladies are sweet, but their management in CA is horrible. They sold gift cards to patrons, primarily Black women, and then closed the business without notice or services rendered. I called their corporate office and the gentleman lied and said I would be refunded. Never happened so now I’m disputing with AMEX. Sad part is they are not BBB accredited so my loss. I will never support any businesses associated with SHAPES. Shady business practices."
"I have paid for a package and everytime i come they are not open! it’s been 4-5 times. i’ve even cashapped her a $1 to write that i wanted an appointment and nothing! they charged me $100 for 5 services i got 2. and there is no number to call. that’s terrible!"
"This place is NEVER open! I paid for a yearly membership and for 2 months this business has been closed during their stated normal hours. I called the office to find out what’s happening and the man that answered stated they were closed at that location but will open soon. He didn’t not provide resolution on issuing a refund or credit to the membership I paid for in advance. I’ve been a consistent patron of this business but now I will seek a refund and look elsewhere. I do not recommend this business."
"I have been going to Sonal (she does my eyebrows) for a while and she is the best. I had one of them do my eyebrows a long time ago thinking they all would do pretty good but nope. I made sure after that day I would wait only for Sonal. Lol. Yes. I wait for her! I see that this location does not have a phone # listed. It would nice to have that b/c customers like myself I can make sure she is there prior to arrival. I went about 2 weeks ago and the lady said Sonal would be back in April so I did not get my eyebrows done, but I will wait for her. Lol. I don't let any and everyone do my eyebrows. Please let me know if Sonal just may be in today (03/31/23) or when Sonal is coming bck. I love her bc she tackles these thick eyebrows of mine!"
