"My wife asked me to pick her up am iced coffee so I stopped at this spot, and was met with attitude on the speaker. Told me to look at the menu and let her know what I needed proceeded to tell her what my wife wanted and she got an attitude and said look at the menu... told jer well I didn't need to look at the menu when I know what I want and there's no need in an attitude. Then she said please wait a moment after I called her attitude out. Called to speak with a manager didn't give me a name , but I highly doubt she was a manager. She was the rudest person I've ever encountered there. 2/18/24"
"I've been coming here just about every single morning and they never fail to impress me. Whether it's the amazing customer service from every employee I've encountered, or the perfectly made hot coffee and fresh food they provide. I refuse to go to any other dunkin! I cannot thank this staff enough for everything they do early every morning and late every night, everyone in here deserves a raise. Yall have exceeded my customer service expectations!"
"Poorly run location! I have been to this location a few times and twice they have refused to sell me donuts. I wanted a dz donuts and they would only sell me singles. The young lady was also very rude about it. Seems the person(s) handle supply chain at this location needs to do a better job ordering for day to day sells. I will take my business elsewhere from now on."
"Went this morning and ordered two bacon egg and cheese tacos. The menu picture looked so awesome. What I got was two taco shells with almost nothing in them and one shell not even a complete shell. When I brought to staff attention they remade them with only slightly more feelings. The picture is of the remade tacos. I love Dunkin Coffee but their food????"
"I placed a curbside pick-up order and it took the staff 4 trips and 30 minutes to complete my order. Upon returning home (after this whole fiasco), I opened my order and was appalled. The food was poor quality and (as seen in the photo taken immediately upon opening the wrapper) half of the sausage was missing from the biscuit. I drove back to this Dunkin to make the staff aware of their mistake and they had the audacity to accuse me of driving home, cutting the sausage patty in half, consuming one half of the sausage patty, and then driving back to blame it on them. I am beyond words to describe how upset and disappointed I am."
