"Not a "Fast food" like all in Georgia, but a real restaurant that make dishes for you. I am in Georgia for tourism and went Senoia (the city of The Walking Dead) to take some photos. With pleasure I discover that just the day before Borgo Italia was inaugurated, a restaurant that I was told before was in another city in the area, and that now took this beautiful place. Good for me, I am Italian and I had want to eat something familiar to me. It was Saturday, the place was full and the waiters and owners ran up and down to better serve the people. I waited about 20 minutes before I had my table, but it was a pleasant wait, they have a very equipped bar and with an excellent barman, I took my drink waiting for my turn and sat down. New local, new waiters and lots of people, (but really a lot, must be THE “IN” RESTOURANT of the area), I found it normal to have to wait a little for my meal... Indeed I am sincere, I found it normal because all the dishes I tried were cooked express for me, so nothing that could be ready as in a fast food, but real restaurant food, which does what you asked at the time you asked. I have always lived in a negative way the food that arrives in a few minutes, because to get there immediately means only one thing: "It was done before". Instead, a food made just for me needs its proper cooking time, I also said to myself: "I want to enjoy dinner, what’s the hurry ? I’m here to have a nice evening, if I was in a hurry I could go to one of the many fast food restaurants I found around Georgia. “ But let’s face it, in the final the wait has also been rewarded by the quality of the food. Honestly I never expected to find so far from home such good food. I was hungry and I ordered a fillet with porcini mushrooms and a pizza "Maialona" (The names that are used abroad for Italian dishes are too funny, However we are sincere “right name” for those who understand the Italian word game, and in fact I chose it because of its name. I think I can translate the name of this pizza as “Piggy Pizza” In Italy often we tell to Baby “You eat like a small pig” when they eat all with love, because they like the flavor)… and all my dishes had a SPECTACULAR flavor. The pizza was identical to the one I eat in Rome, especially as big as a real Italian Pizza and not as the pizzas I found in all the United States. Then at the end of the meal I obviously discovered the secret... the restaurant owners are a family of real Italians who try to get the most suitable products to recreate a small corner of Italy in the United States... And judging by how many people come to them, I’d say they did. I recommend everyone to go there, whether you are Italian or you live in America and you are passing through Senoia. Do not be afraid to wait a few minutes to be served, it means that the food is really doing it for you. If this restaurant was in Italy I would definitely go back... pity only that for me is 8000 km from home !"

"What a wonderful luncheon we had. Davis aka Blue was an excellent server and guided us through the menu. The food was outstanding as well. We see ourselves coming here often. Grazie!!!"

"The service and atmosphere were absolutely nothing to complain about. It was the food. Do not expect fresh herbs or an adequate amount of balsamic. But do expect boxed risotto and pan fried russet potato as well as broccoli from the microwave….and non of which have ANY seasoning. The chicken Marsala had no flavor, except the heavily added sauce, and the mushrooms added appeared to have been from a can. Bread was provided, but was as lack luster as everything else. We ended up leaving without finishing our beers which was the only thing that lived up to par. We were so disappointed in this place and will never return. Just stay home or go to the place beside Publix. Get your money worth and do not waste it here. We have never been so disappointed in a restaurant and regret we even tried it."

"Authentic Italian restaurant. No expert here, but the food is alright. The taste is in the lighter side. Guess my preference is the unauthentic type."
