"I went 4 times, 3 of the 4 times I had a haircut, the 4th time I was refused a haircut that needed to be fixed from the other 3 haircuts. Then they explained why, I was being refused. It took too long to cut my hair, they have a 15 minute time limit for a haircut. I paid a total of $52.00, tips included, for a supposed haircut, that I had to go to another shop, to get recut again and of course pay again. WTH!!!! SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SATISFACTION AND A DETAILED HAIRCUT, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS!!!!"

"Ashley was not there today so so I took a chance with a male barber. Not sure of his name but the most rude stylist I’ve ever came across. Another lady ended up cutting my daughters hair because he said it has tangles and he just cuts hair. What in the world! It was not even very tangled. If I were rating a visit with Ashley in past I would give it 5 stars."

"Workers just look unmotivated! I asked for a cut and blow dry thinking I’d get my hair styled and the lady said she will not style my hair. That there was no time… I asked for layers and she said no because my hair is too thin. I just wanted to give it a little bounce and life, other stylists give me layers and it actually make my hair look fuller. I wouldn’t come back again unless i have no other choice :/"

"The male barber named John who works here now is terrible. First off he took literally about 3 minutes to just shave off my hair. He showed me the back of my head with a mirror, I told him that was OK thinking that he was gonna continue with the front but nope that was it. The whole haircut. I had a coupon but when he rang me up he just walked away expecting me to complete the payment when I called him back he lied and told me that the coupon did not work and walked away again. So I just wanted to get out of there and said to myself OK then, there goes your tip. I almost never not tip. So I hit the No Tip Button and when he comes back again he says to me "Oh you forgot the tip I gotta run that again" and proceeds to run it again when I hit No Tip a second time he goes "oh you didn't want to leave a tip". Very loudly I might add. I shouldn't have paid him at all but I just wanted to get out of there. Avoid this Great Clips at all costs and if you must come here then don't let this guy touch your head."
