"This place has extremely rude staff and terrible service. I bought a Toasted white chocolate iced signature latte Which was supposed to have espresso and whole milk in it, but it was missing the espresso and looked/tasted like just milk. (It’s literally as white as the bag next to it) When I called to let them know, The lady was super rude and argued with me on the phone saying they didn’t mess it up and that they put a shot of espresso in there and I was wrong and they know what they’re doing. Clearly they don’t and I wasted $6.25. I have been customer of there, but I will no longer be going back because of the rude and horrible service. Nor will I recommend them to anyone."
"GREAT STAFF! GREAT SERVICE! Always clean, tidy and friendly. Bathroom was very clean. Everything looked and smelled delicious! The hardest part was deciding on just one of anything. BEST Dunkin Donuts I've EVER been to! KUDOS to management for a job well done!"
