"This was my first time getting my nails done here. I went 04/21/2023 and the next day this is what my nails look like. I asked for a manicure with gel polish. NEVER AGAIN!! They don't have enough people working in there it's ridiculous very unprofessional."

"Go at your own RISK! Only 1 nail tech in the entire shop! Would be 2 but the brother is checked out. Never open at the time stated! When you call she tell you to come in 15-20 minutes.. once you get there she just getting started with some else. Tell you to call back and don’t answer the phone! She should be out of business! Dogs stay in the salon.... I will NEVER GO BACK! The BROTHER IS DONE! CALLED THEE SISTER ALL TYPES OF LAZY..."

"If I could rate this establishment one star I would do so with the quickness. All the bad reviews I’ve read on here has certainly lived up to its standard but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. I’m not sure why people keep coming here after reading these reviews and having a bad experience for myself. I repeatedly told the nail tech that the job she was doing was sloppy. If you take a closer look at my nails, you will see that the way she polishes is very sloppy, however, while I kept complaining about that to her, she continued with the same technique. This is why I did not leave a tip. Don’t even get me started on my toes… This was my first and absolute LAST time at this establishment. You guys need to work on your customer service and listen to you customers when they are not pleased with a service!"

"I blame myself for not reading the reviews. I have now read them and have experienced the exact things that others are saying. She picked up her dog and started back on my nails. She did a SNS for $45 that lasted 5 days instead of 3 weeks. I went in to get them repaired because they were too thick and lifted badly. She had a attitude(that I ignored) but did a fill in. She never mention an extra charge but charged me after I got them repaired!!! I just paid her $45 a few days ago. She tried to tell me that I did something for my nails to do that because nobody else nails have done that before. After reading through the other reviews, others have experienced this before. She told a damn lie. They are nice until you have a issue. Then their true colors show. NEVER again....."

"My French tips are decent. They are dull and not shiny. I got gel because the lady said it was better and more durable. I got my nails done on 1/5/19 and today 1/21/19 my nails look like I haven't gotten a fill-in in months. They look horrible. I went ahead and peeled them off today so that I can start from scratch somewhere else. I also got a pedicure with French tip. The pedicure was about 10 mins in total. The owners also have 3-4 small dogs that run around the salon and even jump in your face. This place is awful. I had the worse nail experience in my life."
