"Well spent $120 tonight for complete trash food!!! Was just awful ,only decent part was the service but besides that it was the worst food I've ever been served. Was just a joke the food tasted like it was prepared and cooked by someone auditioning for worst cooks in America. Also had to wait for over a hour after being seated and our orders taken.This was the first and last time I'll ever eat there."
"Service-amazing! But got severely sick from salmonella food poisoning. Contacted the restaurant after I got better and all the manager said was, I hope you feel better. Got an attorney in the mix now. DO NOT EAT HERE!!"
"First the wait time is ridiculous! Our hostess was Not there to Seat Us To A Table But THE SERVER HOSTESS WAS SLEEPING IN A BOOTH! AND WE TOLD THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID" SHE WAS ON BREAK" ! Really! I have never been to a restaurant and saw a employee sleeping in a booth in the dining area! I Will Not Be A Paying Customer Again At This Piss Poor Restaurant! Sorry Uncaring Service! Shame On This Poor Restaurant! This Is What You Get When You Hire Diversity! I Did NOT Enjoy My Dining Experience!"
"Ordered take out because my 4 year old Granddaughter wanted some corn on the Cobb from there get home cut it off the Cobb for her not only did it taste unbelievably sour/rotten it looks and smells like it too this is just plain nonsense and of course they never want to answer the phone when you call to try and address the problem…"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Haven’t been to Chilis in a very long time due to the terrible service. Decided to give it another try this evening after the homecoming parade. Arrived at 6:30 and was seated promptly. At 7:40 we walked out. We received the wrong appetizer after waiting for over an hour. The table of 6 that ordered after our party of 3 had their food before we ever received our appetizer which was just chips, salsa and skillet queso."
