"I order a door handle for my car . I came and pick it up at 3pm . The box was already open . I checked the handle and it was broken. I told the lady it was broken so she called her husband up there to check it . The bald headed white man . He gone say ok I’m gone put in a new order in it should be ready in morning which is today . Prior to that like I said the box was already opened so yall knew the handle was broken smh . Anyways so today I go back up there to go pick up my car door handle and it’s not there. They never put the order back in for it . Do Not order anything from here !!! If so check it like I did before entering out ."
"Needed a battery. Called ahead of time to ensure they had one in stock. ( I highly recommend this if you need such a part or service.) They did. They put in the new one very quickly. Very fast. Very easy. Highly recommended."
"Went in today and received amazing customer service by James who helped me figure out how to change my car key battery! Even though he didn’t know how to change it, he helped me figure it out through the process and was even kind enough to go to his own car to bring some tools that may be useful. I had originally went to the Advanced Auto Parts right next to this and the guy working there had told me to “go somewhere else” because he didn’t know how to change it. So glad I decided to leave and come to this AutoZone instead."
