"Bethany Jiles did an amazing job with my long, damaged hair and gave me the best mid length style that hangs perfectly with just a blow dry and some TLC to the framing pieces. The color she did was so subtle and natural, but very complimentary to my coloring. Just enough to make my hair sparkle without the commitment of a lot of maintenance. You won't be disappointed!"
"If you want or need anything done, please use a different salon. This is the second time I have made an appointment and an hour later I'm still sitting there because whomever I made my appointment with today being with Kathy I went an acknowledged. Some people have appointments that they have to keep other than going to a salon. If you don't want to do a procedure, don't make the appointment. It's that simple. My suggestion for the uppercut: lower the wall that you have for customers to sit behind because small statured people like myself cannot be seen over that wall two: If You're going to leave a customer sitting there for an hour, Get some more comfortable chairs. They hurt. three: hire stylists that know how to look at their appointment books. I will not be back again. That's twice I have been there and twice I have been left sitting thitting there. Will not ever happen again.i walked in with $100.00 to spend and walked out with it in my possession. THANK GOD FOR SALON RENEW. They were more than happy to have new customers come in their door."
