"First off...I couldn't find it... No sign. Had to call twice. Second... Everything I showed the master stylist he said your gray hair won't take color. That's not true.... I've had gray for 30 years without a problem with color. He talked himself out of 175.00. And last....I showed a picture of cut and said I'd like to GROW into this. He said your hair is too short for that!!! Did he not hear the word "grow"?"
