"Absolutely ridiculous! I waited for over 20 minutes on an Uber Eats order pickup. No one even came to the counter to assist anyone until after I stood there for 8 minutes. There were 5 people working The drive thru, plus a manager who sat in an Office the entire time. The young lady with the locs was sweet, but you have got to be a horrible manager to watch your entire team literally crash and burn like that. Do not go to this location."

"I give them 1 star because there is no way to put -5. I placed an online order, we drove to the store to pick it up. Something tells me to examine my order. I notify the attendant that the chicken I ordered was original and this was crispy. She proceeds to tell me that they were short 2 pieces and she mixed the original with crispy. Due to some dental issues that come with age, I have no use for crispy or extra crispy chicken. I told her, this was not what I had ordered she insisted on giving me what she wanted as opposed to what I had ordered. Sad, why bother asking me what I want if you are going to give me what you want anyways. This is not a good business practice and the managers are failing in employee training and supervision. This is why Popeyes and Publix get more chicken sales than they do. She said there was a15 minute wait but did not offer me the option to wait. I would have waited for what I wanted and paid for. Once we got home we discovered that none of the chicken was original. There were some crispy pieces and some rock hard pieces. I expect to speak to the manager of this location on Monday or I will dispute this charge with my bank. Well, we tried to get this matter resolved in the store, however, they never came to the phone nor did they reply this review. What did I do? I called corporate and they will be issuing a refund for the rock hard chicken. I do hope they start training their personnel better or they will soon go under."

"First. She claimed that she could not honor what was on the coupon. Okay, I accepted that. Then, she gave me half cooked chicken that was bloody and unrecognizable. Be careful eating from here. I forgot to video the bloody wings. I could not eat any of it. Turned my stomach."

"I’m here at the Lithonia location and I ordered a chicken sandwich.. the sandwich has an extreme amount of mayo on it. I asked to remake it the leave it to beaver looking gentleman with dreads and funny teeth told me know cause he did it right. I asked for a manager he said no she will say the same. He called me out my name and was cursing and laughing so I began to record. The manager said she will not come unless I stop recording so I did to be fair to her. But lord she was no better. I then asked for a refund cause it’s not wise to eat from people who are mishandling you. She closed the window. I do pr so I needed this properly documents. I contacted corporate I’m now making a review and I do plan on sharing the video and pictures of the food. I hate that ppl are under paid over worked,, but if I spend a penny I need the value of what was spent. Ppl work hard and I don’t know about y’all but I’m not giving my money away. I still got to eat I need my money."
