"Ordered Online for a second time and I ordered a chili tater tots and they were not fully cooked and so soggy I couldn’t even eat them. This location has horrible customer service never goes the extra mile for a customer and will not be returning."

"I headed hear after a late night at school, so I wouldn't have to cook. I ordered ahead through their app and went to the drive-thru. The line was ridiculously slow, and st that time i wasn't sure if it was an inside thing or the customers in front of me. I finalky got to the speaker told them I had a mobile order & they directed me to pull forward to the window. Once I made it to the window they acted like I did something wrong. I kid you not, I could tell they were swamped and unorganized from the window. The person that told me to drive up wasn't working the window so that was mistake one. They didn't relay my mobile order information to their coworkers, mistake two. After being away for 4-5 minutes the cashier at the window asks again what my order was, so they hadn't even started on it the entire time I was waiting at the window. After the second time I think they understood I was starting to get frustrated so I believe they expedited my order. I received my cherry limeade minus the cherries & lime that I had ordered to be in the drink. The hotdogs were way overcooked to the point the skin had turned semileathery. I hope it was just an off night for the staff, so im willing to give them another shot. Hopefully the next time I decide to stop at this location the experience & food is much better."

"Nothing worse than stopping for food and not having a place to use the restroom. They HAVE one that's public facing, but they don't allow outside use. Just seems a bit like false advertising. Had to drive down the road to find one."
