"I had scheduled my appointment at 12:00 o’clock. I came in 10 minutes earlier before my appointment and waited 15 minutes after 12:00 for the service . There was no receptionist with who I could communicate and finally when I was about to leave the hairdresser came up to me and said that she didn’t realize that she’s running late without letting me know how long I suppose to wait so I decided to leave because in my opinion there is no quality service and no care . Definitely I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I love this place!!! I have been going for 4+ years. Honestly the BEST stylist. Now they care about your hair so please keep that in mind, if what you are asking will damage your hair they will help you get your hair healthy to do what you want. A lot of places don’t do this!!! Talented stylist that CARE!!! I see a review from someone listed as “no worries” I just want to note as a customer that was there for this interaction, this person took their extensions cut them and dyed them on their own! They then wanted the stylist to put in some random extension they brought, these extensions looked a mess!! So of course the stylist didn’t put them in!!! The stylist still helped this client by doing her roots. If you think about it that’s a win for the client. Also keep in mind this stylist had set aside time to do extensions and that didn’t happen, so the stylist lost money!!! Just because she wouldn’t put in damaged snack baggy brought in hair……so remember more to the story. Give this place a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed."

"Not happy at all. I drove an hour to get my extensions redone and because I took care of my hair the way I wanted to my hair dresser is refusing to do my extensions today and very rude about it. Packaged them up for me, is toning my roots (which looks like giving me roots) and I’ll be on my way, somewhere other than here in the future"

"Probably the best hair place I have ever been to. I have lived in big cities and have PAID the big bills searching for a great hair place. I then took a chance when moving to GA, trying this little salon in Jasper. Melanie Eggley is AMAZING! She takes the time to get to know you and your hair. She won't do something that will damage your hair, and will always be realistic with what you can expect. You can tell she has a real passion and love for what she does. I feel like this salon is a great little secret, but this secret I need to share. Book yourself an appointment, give it a try I guarantee you won't be disappointed,."
