"wish i could give ZERO stars!! service has been RIDICULOUSLY SLOW & they will ask you to “pull up” for no reason. every time my daughter gets chicken fingers and sometimes my husband will, they only give us ONE honey mustard to share for both meals .. AND on top of all that, what fast food restaurant doesn’t put a fork and at least napkins in the damn bag !?"
"Stopped in for breakfast and had to use the restroom. I am not sure why they did not have a sign on the door saying the bathroom was out of order or better yet why the lobby was even open if they didn’t have working bathrooms for paying customers. I filled out the survey on my receipt and provided my contact information and nobody has yet to get back to me. This place was absolutely disgusting. Jack’s corporate should be ashamed."
"Ham a half of a piece, biscuit hard. Steak biscuit good. Not like them and everyone has off day but differently not a $3,50 biscuit this time."
"Good food but service was slow, slow, slow. 2nd in drive thru line and took 14 min to get my order, and was still wrong! Veteran discount discontinued. Love Jack's food but will avoid this location for foreseeable future"
"This Jack's is in a convenient location for both locals & travelers to stop in for a quick bite to eat. During our most recent drive thru visit we experienced a problem with our order. The menu item was replaced quickly, however, we were not refunded for the additional charge that was incorrectly added to our bill. I would recommend that you are sure to check your order & promptly bring any issues to the attention of the staff."
