"Stopped in on 02/15/2024 and was told that all food is cooked at time of order. The food was nice and hot and really good. So I went back on 02/16/2024 and since I was dealing with a different person I asked asked if my food could be cooked to order and she said yes. My order was done so fast that there is no way that they could have made it fresh. I mentioned that to the young lady and she said that everything was cooked to order. She lied. I received cold fries and cold chicken tenders. That cancels this spot."
"I’ve been to a lot of chicken spots all across the country, and this is by far the best I’ve had. The toast alone is worth a review, but the breading on the chicken is perfectly crispy. Definitely try it if you’re nearby. Drive in if you’re not. Clean, brand new building, great staff and very efficient service."
"This was my first time ever in this restaurant! And OMG…in my book you beat Chick Fil A, Zaxby’s and Zacadoo’s. I had fried chicken fingers and it was very tasty. Moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside; what a flavor!! The fires were also Hot and GOOD! The store was busy inside as well the drive through. The employees were very nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean! Nice parking space, BUT leaving the restaurant at the stop sign can be a challenge if you are turning left! This interception it is always busy. I wish I had this restaurant in my home town!"
"Clean dining with friendly service. First time trying Guthrie's Chicken. Not much on the menu to choose from but they're reasonably priced. The chicken tenders were fresh when I ordered and the sauce had some good flavor."
"I was in the mood for some chicken so I drop in on the Gutherie’s in Opelika, on highway 280 toward Columbus, GA. I was shock back the lack of options on the menu but I assumed it meant that they perfected the items they serve. The chicken was delicious, specially with the side of Texas toast. The box meal comes with 5 chicken fingers, fries, toast, slaw, and Gutherie’s custom sauce. I would have preferred barbecue sauce but it would have been an extra charge. The staff was friendly and the entire restaurant was extremely clean and neat, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your food. If you have found this review helpful, please like and share the review.
