"My first time dining here. I walked in and sat on a bench waiting for my friend, no one asked if i needed to be seated or anything. I went to the cashier and asked should i just sit anywhere? She apologized and got me a waiter. He was attentive and friendly, gave his opinions and suggestions which was helpful. Ordered salmon croquettes, Mac n cheese, peas and yams. It came hot and portion size was ok. It was on the bland side for my taste but tasted fresh. Overall good experience and I'll be back to try something else from the menu."

"We chose Taste of Lemon for my son's rehearsal dinner, and it was outstanding! The venue itself is unique, and looks especially beautiful at night. Michelle went over and above to make this event stress-free. Melissa, Catelin, and the other staff worked just as hard to keep the evening running smoothly! And a special shout out to the kitchen staff for a delicious dinner! It was a perfect evening!"
"Very cute place to eat. In an former Methodist Church. Food was delicious! We all had different versions of the meat and 2 sides. Hamburger steak and gravy, pork roast, and poppy seed chicken casserole. Good savory cornbread. (Hate sweet cornbread)"
"First time. We have wanted to eat here for a while. Finally able to arrive before 2pm. I ordered the Poppy Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Mac n Cheese with Peach Cobbler for dessert. My wife ordered the Sherry Chicken with Green Beans and Turnip Greens with Peach Cobbler for dessert. Everything came out quickly and hot. I loved the portion size. Our server, Kaitlynn did a great job keeping our glasses full. This will be a treat for us in the future when we can get here early enough. This location is highly recommended!"
