"GREAT CHILI ! NOT 3/4 water like that Wendy's in Wetumpka. Dining room HOT as h...l. Couple days in a row. So hot, I left early and spent rest of lunch time in my work truck."

"This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The staff was not friendly. They were out of Sweet Tea and we are in South Georgia. Really who don't know how to make tea at a wendys?? They didn't get the order right and got an attitude with me because they did not give me what I paid for. I will not recommend eating here and I will not be back."

"Came thru the drive thru & got a 4 for 4 which is what I get everytime I go to Wendy’s . I also purchased a free frosty keychain A WEEK AGO and I have it currently on my keychain . I order at the order spot and tell the employee I also have a free frosty keychain . She proceeds to tell me they don’t give out free frosties … even tho I told her I have a keychain for it . She says she would need to see it at the window bc she thought I just wanted a free frosty . I had no problem showing her . When I did , she slammed the sliding window in my face and then opened it up and asked me what did I order bc she had deleted it “on accident” so I tell her again and as I was trying to tell her the sauce and drink I wanted she proceeded to slam the window in my face again . Handed her my card and she snatched it out of my hand . At this point I’m upset so I get my card and tell her to have a blessed day . I go to the second window to get my food and another employee opens the window and practically throws my food at me , I almost dropped it bc he let go of it before I even got a grip on it . Then he closed the window very rudely . Did not tell me have a good day or anything . Rolled his eyes and slammed the window . I got my food and as I look in the bag it’s as if they had thrown my food in there . My fries were all out of the container as well as my nuggets . They forgot to put my sauce in there for my nuggets as well . No napkins either , no spoon for my frosty and no straw for my drink . I opened my burger and found A HAIR IN IT . I immediately took a photo and threw out the burger . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . I have been in the fast food industry for a while as well as serving in restaurants and I can tell you right now that is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Whoever the manager is needs to fix that asap . If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would . Never coming back to this Wendy’s again !!!! RUDE EMPLOYEES."

"I experienced the drive thru and the service was terrible. The employees were not helpful and treated me like it was a hindrance to make my order. I was polite and patient, but they did not seem to appreciate that. I love Wendy's food, but it isn't my first choice. Update: I recently went back due to convenience, and it was a better experience, but that isn't saying much. I stick to my first review so far."
