"My first time eating here and it probably will be my last. I got chicken, rice and green beans and for a drink and Arnold Palmer. The beans were lukewarm the rice was room temperature and my drumsticks was cold which I don't understand my chicken breast was lukewarm as well! And for $15 you would expect the food warm and with flavor. I love home cooking but I was very disappointed in what I received for a meal. The service was cafeteria style so that's the reason for the 4 ⭐! I'm not ruling this place out, but I probably won't be eating there again! Have a great day!!"

"This is true Southern cuisine with an old school diner atmosphere. The new location is very nice and the menu has more to choose from. Everything is clean and everyone is friendly. Serves breakfast and lunch, and some days serves dinner. This is in my top 5 favorite restaurants in Alabama."
