"I have never in my life had worse service at any establishment I have ever visited. The employees are extremely rude. Waited 40 minutes for chicken and when I asked about how long it would be I was told and I quote I don't know. I would give 0 stars if possible but since it's not 1 star is all I would give. Corporate needs to step into this jacks and do something. Cause this is past ridiculous. I will never spend another dime I make at the jacks in Lafayette."

"They were understaffed but delivered a very tasteful product for my first visit. They need to have the dining area cleaned from all the flies in windows and hire glass cleaner for an enjoyable dining experience. Try them but use the fsrive thru."
