"My daughter and I stopped by this McDonald's after leaving the airport and were pleasantly surprised! We went through the drive thru, and the girl that took our order was polite and friendly. The lady that gave us our food was so nice! She asked us about our day and was very cheerful! Our order was perfect, hot, and fresh! Normally, when we go to other locations, the employees don't speak to you or even look at you, and there is always something wrong with the order. But this McDonald's was outstanding! I only wish it was closer to home! We will visit this location the next time we go to the airport!"
"I went to this location after work cause I needed something to eat and they got my order wrong once again. The people who work there lack good customer service and work ethic. The men and woman in there don’t really cover their hair while in the kitchen. People are always waiting on the food and it don’t matter if you go inside cause you’ll be waiting longer than the people in the drive thru. I hate coming to this McDonald’s but it’s the closest one to my house. Bottom line don’t come here if you don’t need to cause it’s not worth it at all."
"Poor service! I went for a caramel frappe, and it was not even frappe like. Same thing with my burger had cheese on it and I asked for no cheese. The salt on the fries. Just horrible I will not go back to this McDonald’s ever!"
"Stopped at this McDonald’s before work and waited for 15 minutes and received NO food. I was the only one in line. They quickly took my money for the order and after 5 minutes of waiting handed me a drink without saying a word but then disappeared. No one thought it was worth their time to give me a projected wait time or even acknowledged me. I waited so long I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for my own job. Since no one was in view I couldn’t even request my money back. So, I paid them over half of what I make per hour at work for just a drink. Horrible customer service, in fact no customer service or consideration. I will never patronize this McDonald’s again especially now considering they owe me money. I’m sure they won’t care since plenty of others will continue to support Therese atrocious business practices. What a way to have to start a day."
"The was cold, and not good asked for medium orange juice, and gave me whatever for 2.79 But what I don't understand as a manager is why get mad when a customer asks a question. Have a great day!"
