"Absolutely the worst burger king you could order from. Customer service skills shot to hell completely and the manager tomeka is rude as can be. Ordered the new Swiss melt. Bread was not cooked, cheese was not melted nor was is Swiss. It was full American with a bunch of mushrooms on top. Mozzarella sticks were black as their uniform shirts and my whopper was so poorly throw together and ice cold. Also completely WRONG from what I ordered. Down to the coca colas were not coke. They were dr. Pepper. And when it was brought to their attention she asked me to pull up the order to verify it came from their store location then proceeded to tell me because it was mobile ordered and she would not replace it EVEN THO this is the restaurant that poorly prepared it. If you're looking for a hot meal or even a correct one please don't waste your time. Head next door to McDonald's or just take the trip to panola burger king. I'm telling you just save yourself the trouble."
"I walked into the store one day this week and the store looked like i could have been at a college party. I ordered food and the manager was very rude and i believe her name was Tomekia. She was very rude to me and i was just trying to order some food. I left and i will NEVER come back to this burger king again!! and just to let you i even saw someone making a burger without gloves one time!!"
"The only thing that was impossible was making this Impossible Whopper! The wait time was over 30 minutes long, with 4 people serving this location. They ONLY serve the drive-thru. 1 person went on a smoke break, They stood around and socialized in the inside versus taking people order, and YES, they were was a manager on-site. Wish I had read the prior reviews!!! I definitely won't be spending any more money here!!"
"The place was very clean. The team members were friendly. The whopper burger was hot and fresh. I also ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich. I didn't care for it. The breading was falling off the chicken and it was definitely lacking spice. There ice cream machine was not working, which was annoying because the kids really wanted ice cream. Besides that, this location was good!"
