"They're trying to steal $7,000, for a $7 sub from an elderly lady. They refuse to reimburse this lady for the mistake. Be careful when ordering from here or this can happen to you. Maybe if they see the loss of business after all these negative reviews, they'll learn to do the right thing. A customer should feel secure and valued when dealing with a business. This lady was a repeat customer. She should be valued as such. Not only should they give her money back, but they should apologize and at the very least give her a free sandwich or gift card. This story makes me lose my faith in humanity. Giving her money back is simply the right thing to do and not just good for business."
"would never visit this location again. The web site says close at 10pm go in at 830 no food in the cold well both employees dropping the F--- bomb talking about how they need to eat and to many customers keep coming in one telling the other F the owner turn that open sign off we not taking anymore people turning people away and had customers walking out because they didn't feel welcome the employee ask them how many sandwiches they want 2 great my night just keep getting worse be I order 3 and paid 40 bucks and he was mad so he didn't make mine with love just threw everything on it didn't spread it out everything right in the middle and the kicking was he asked was I paying cash before hand and when I said no his response was I guess I can't make a little extra money tonight and you wonder why businesses are closing and the whole time the other employees just standing around at this point because she ready to go home"
