Taco Bell

"WATCH OUT FOR RESELLING USED FOOD AND PUTTING ALLERGENS IN FOOD REGARDLESS OF ORDER! I went through the drive through last night. I ordered several beefy 5 layers, and for my son - who has a milk protein allergy for which he carries an epi-pen- I ordered a soft taco with no cheese. I was clear it was because of an allergy, and it showed properly on the menuboard - the woman taking the order put it in properly. I ordered soft taco double beef, no cheese, light lettuce. I check this first after we drive way and see double beef, extra lettuce, and plentry of cheese. I can deal with the lettuce mistake, but obviously not the cheese. Thank goodness I checked and my son didn't just eat it and end up in anaphylaxis. I turn around and wait in line again. I ask them to remake it. I show the receipt where it shows no cheese, and open up the taco and show the cheese. Not concerned that my fingers were in it, they take the soft taco back, and I watch them wrap it back up. They hand me a new bag. I drive off again. No cheese this time, though they now are super light on beef, certainly. not the double beef they charged me an extra $1.20 for or had the first time. Annoyed, I hand it to my son, then go to hand my daughter her beefy 5 layer to notice they had left one of those off too. I couldn't really turn back around and wait in line a THIRD time, so I left. But definitely concerning - lack of being careful with an allergen, making two mistakes in an order and then making another mistake when they fix it, AND probably reselling food they know someone's fingers have been in? (Why would they take back the soft taco when the receipt makes it obvious it was their mistake, and why would they wrap it back up instead of throwing it right in the trash? Definitely seems like reselling.)"

"Ate here Sunday evening, got incredibly sick afterwards. Was diagnosed with Noro Virus, aka winter vomiting disease. Was bedridden and vomiting for 3 and a half days. Had to go to urgent care to get IV fluids because I was so sick I couldn’t keep fluids down. Not only am I never eating at this taco bell ever again, I’m never eating at any taco bell ever again. I wish I could describe how horrible I felt. I cannot count the amount of times I threw up. My throat is scarred from the amount of stomach acid that came up. Never again. No one should ever eat here. I want my money back."

"It seems like my business wasn't important to them, no one greeted me as I stood there waiting for my order, after I used the kiosk to order. Then I noticed the cook was cleaning the prep area with the blue towel, prepared my food without removing the cleaning gloves to clean gloves. I instantly asked for a refund."

"Worst service by the employees at this location. The food was extremely poorly prepared and bagged. At first they handed me wrong bag of order and upon letting them know. They didn’t seem to care or even have an apology. Waited 8 mins initially. And finally to get my order it was additional 7 mins wait. My order was incorrect. Despite customizing the order for accuracy. I placed it on the app. And still their employees at this location failed to do the basic. Wasted my time and money here today. Such a shame and disappointment that they have zero sense of urgency and empathy. At least get the orders right as customers are paying for it. Officially did a corporate complain as well for such rude behavior from them."
