"Left card by mistake. Returned later to retrieve and successfully did. The following morning had new transactions made on my card from places I don’t even shop at and I immediately knew it was from when I left my card behind at Bojangles. No integrity, disgraceful!"

"I’ve been to this location before multiple times. Sometimes the tenders is a bit more hard than normal, but that was ok. On 1/20/24, I ordered through UberEats for a single Cajun chicken filet biscuit and 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits (one of which was a part of a combo). First red flag should’ve been I ordered at 9:35am and did not receive my order until after 10:50am. I was on the verge of canceling the order due to the driver informing me they were not accepting orders at the moment. However, after a few minutes they had my food and I went ahead and continued with the delivery. Upon delivery, I had eaten 75% of my sandwich and I looked at the last few pieces to see legs sticking out of my sandwich. I pulled the biscuit apart and there was an entire ROACH inside of the foundation of the biscuit. I immediately informed my coworker to stop eating as we just got food from the same place. Nevertheless, it resulting in me having a severe panic attack at work and having to call the ambulance. I called the store and whoever was on the phone was apologetic, but offering to remake a sandwich after finding a roach in it is an insult. This establishment after this needs to be closed down and deeply cleaned and exterminated. Now I am scared to eat out at any establishment. Just beware if you decide to eat here!"

"Sad experience at Bojangles tonight. Had my mouth fixed to enjoy some dirty rice, tenders, fries and my favorite biscuit. Tonight the food was there, the taste and flavor were gone. Would not recommend this particular location, 1 out of 10, would not eat there again."

"I get a consistently good experience which is not easy to accomplish on this side of town. Always good food. I think I’ve only seen them had a bad day once in the years I’ve come here. I’m not a regular but I do come once every few months and they always are pleasant and quick for this type of restaurant. Great job to the staff for being the difference! Great service keep it up!"

"It was okay this morning very busy at old national highway, on the inside customers was waiting on their foods, no one fusing about the wait, it was a shock to me, because if I was at a other bojangles customers would be acting up, but I gave this place thumb up"
