Burger King 5068 Old National Highway, College Park, GA 30349

"The employees there are DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! I can think of 2 employees at this location that they are always pleasant and respectful. The rest of them need training on how to be professional. I ordered my food and I waited patiently at the drive-thru. When I pulled up, I got my food but when I asked for my receipt she told me she tossed it into the trash. I asked her to reprint the receipt which she said she couldn’t and not because she didn’t want to but the machine won’t allow it. Understandable. I asked her didn’t she think to ask if I wanted the receipt. She replies “miss, I don’t have time for the smart mouth” I’m being smart because I asked you a question? She offered to take a picture of the computer screen with my phone and I declined. I didn’t feel I should have to do that. After a purchase I should be given my receipt or asked if I want my receipt. So after she told me she doesn’t have time for my smart mouth and I promise you I wasn’t being smart or sarcastic, when I went to explain to her that I have a business and I collect my receipts for tax purposes, before I could say this she slides the window shut in my face. The lady standing behind her came to the window and asked how could she help me and I explained that as a paying customer I’m entitled to my receipt. Receipts are important for one main reason. If they fail to add something to my order that I paid for how do I dispute that without a receipt?!!!!!! Hello!!!!!!!! And the 2nd reason is people use it for tax purposes. You’re in a people business! You’re in customer service! Burger King! You have people working in your business that does not have good customer service skills. They’re only there for the check. I have rolled through there numerous times and you would think they’re hanging out at home. They speak freely and I mean freely. The amount of F words I’ve heard, arguments I’ve seen, I’m surprised one the employees hasn’t gotten hurt. Their mouths are foul and nasty."

"Made my order and pulled up the window and paid. After paying the cashier tells me to move back to the white pole. Move backward through the drive through line? Ok. She tells me no reason but just to move. They did not even give me my drink that I saw they already had ready. So I move back and then 5 minutes later I see my bag of food in the window. I pull up and she gives me my food and drink. I asked if they make everyone move back and with an attitude the girl in the windows said "SURE DO" To top it all off, my fries were cold. So I ordered a large size to have extra cold fries after they made me wait going backward through the drive through."

"My experience at this Burger King was awful, old national highway like usual with the receipt that I wanted to use, I couldn't use it why? Because they didn't have no coffee this morning so like I always do I walk away with disappointed look on my face"
