"I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely immature and terrible employees. The kid helping me was CURSING in front of guests about how busy it was and acted like I didn’t exist. All of the food was out or at the very bottom. Just disgusting service. I will forever go to Barrett Parkway. Maybe if you had an adult in the building, it would be an actual business. Kids wanna work SO BAD these days but can’t uphold standards?? Make it make sense. Absolutely terrible. If it were me, I’d fire them all."
"This location is the worst Chipotle in my area. We are boycotting this location and only go to Woodstock now. It's as if the employees are upset about being at work and are making it the customer's problem. Just because you are having a bad day, don't mishandle the food I am paying for. We literally had to say to the worker, "If you don't want to make our food, just say that. Why are you annoyed that I want double chicken and a side of queso? I'm paying for it! Not you." Grunting and mumbling under your breath. Call off work if you don't want to deal with people. We never have issues at Woodstock Chipotle only at this location in Kennesaw. You can see it in their faces that they don't want to work. Just collect a check."
"Competing music blasting from where the food prep oaf is. College kids doin they thang. All good with me. Food on point - vibe right - restaurant needs a walk through cleaning but other than that worth the stop in for dinner for my oldest daughter. Cashier was nice and offered good service."
"Ordered online. Showed up to find a dozen or so of us locked outside the restaurant without word or sign from the employees moving about inside (it was well past opening time). After 10 or 15 minutes the doors were finally unlocked (not opened). No apology, excuse or even acknowledgement was made for this incredible behavior (and I left a tip! What a dope I am.). After examining my order when I got home, I discovered it was toy-sized. According to other customers I spoke with, these are all common problems at this location. I understand if there's a labor shortage or supply chain problem or the like. All I ask is a little consideration. Maybe don't take online orders if you can't fulfill them. Or leave people sitting outside without telling them what's up."
