Dunkin'

"Went through drive through to order 12 glazed doughnuts for my sweet tooth and at 7:14 pm they only had 3 left and informed me that the manager said they were not making any more doughnuts for the night :( when asked what other options they had available the sweet young window girl named them all and when I went to order vanilla iced and chocolate iced doughnuts they were out of those as well. It made me really sad especially since they were still open and had none of the products I was looking for. Someone needs to do better with evening counts and or supply issues. Last products should be made around 6 for freshness. The doughnuts I did receive were stale and clearly had been made in the morning batch. Highly unsatisfied."

"Their attitudes are always the WORST at this location! Ordered 6 drinks, they got 4 wrong. Fine, I was understanding mistakes happen but they made a huge deal to fix them for me. They all closed the window in the drive thru, and turned their backs to me making sure they held the window closed and started talking about me and laughing. I don’t understand what’s so funny about being rude and disrespectful to customers. They then proceeded to argue with me about making the rest of the drinks that I paid for, telling me that I needed to pay for them again even after giving them my receipt. I won’t be back."

"I’m not sure why it took 13 minutes to complete a simple mobile order, but the ones ordering inside….. almost 10 mins AFTER I was waiting for theirs right away. Good thing Sbucks is down the street"

"I've always had a great experience here. Yes the line can get long and take some time but that should be expected during peak hours. Ordering ahead on the Dunkin app is amazing! And I absolutely love the point system. Food is great, coffee is always great and a good price. Employees have always been kind the entire time and apologize if things are going slow. Great atmosphere."

"I love Dunkin' Donuts however, this is the worst location I have ever experienced. The employees are racist and rude. I live up the street so it would typically be ideal however, every time I go here there is an issue. I walked into this location around 8:40pm on October 4, 2023 and stood at the counter for approximately four minutes with no greeting from anyone of the 5 or 6 employees who were working. I was the only customer inside the building waiting to be served. I listed the exact date and time so the owners can check the cameras to match up with my experience. If felt awkward and I eventually just left and went to the gas station to grab something since Starbucks was closed. I would avoid this location completely as a fan of Dunkin' and the owner should strongly consider terminating everyone and hiring a new team as they are a poor representation for the brand overall."
