"Food is good, cooked to order. Would fresh be better than frozen? Ofcourse, but for what they offer it's done well. My only complaint would be for the cook to wash his hands with soap. Dude comes outta the bathroom, runs one hand under the water quickly and dries with the towel on the back counter. He was only in there long enough to pee fortunately... I guess. Update: Last visit, the wings were old and hard. Fries were cold. Taking a star..."
"Smells great inside, like fried Buffalo wings. Was having a hard day, out of state, needed to get my sister wings, wings could not be messed up because they were important to her wing Friday. double checked order at every step possible and there was no aggravation from staff, wings came perfect."
"Ordered nearly 100$ worth of food for my family tonight for a pickup order. Left out an order of wings which is somewhat understandable that something was missed. Called up to get my money back just for what was missed and was given a run around for getting my money back. I was told I had to come back at 9 pm to receive my money back the same night with the same card I used to pay. After I told them I wasn’t coming back tonight that I could come tomorrow, they said ok. 30 minutes later I get a call saying that if it wasn’t refunded tonight it couldn’t be done. I told the caller that I’d be happy to post my experience all over FB and Google and that it’s perfectly fine. I hung up. 20 minutes later I get a call that I bring my card to get a refund tomorrow. Not a way to do business suzies… Normally this is my go to spot for wings but i will not spend another dime in this place. Honestly the food wasn’t the best tonight either but I wanted highlight the complete lack of customer service."
"Holy jesus they actually had the audacity to slice up some freezer-section chicken fingers, call them "boneless wings", and charge over $30 for it. The fries also taste like they came from Sam's Club and the soda was low on syrup. Ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash where it belonged. Would rather just have my money back."
