"The service was great! Heather was very kind and patient with our ever-growing party and overbearing guest. The atmosphere was cool although we were downstairs and couldn't really see the plane very well. The food however was not impressive at all. How do you have a medium steak that is STILL dry? It lacked flavor. I asked for herb butter and steak sauce to spruce it up. They also no longer have the liquid nitrogen drinks which was something we were looking forward to. The bartender made good mixed drinks and they were affordable. Use Google maps to get there because it will take you up to the door, where as the other ones drop you in the middle of the street. Hope this helps."

"I surprised my husband with this location and he LOVED IT! The entire time there he continued to state he wanted to return! The bartenders drinks were made with love ❤️ and our waiter’s customers service was AMAZING, he was super chill even held great conversation with us and was still able to tend to other tables in a timely manner. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just what we needed ❤️"

"We went here for my daughters birthday The customer service was immaculate. Our waitress was amazing she went above and beyond. The food is a little pricey and I thought it would be more of a fancy/upscale atmosphere but it has a good vibe. The French fries are great. Love the fact that the runway is right outside the window so you can see planes land and take off."

"My husband and I hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here on 12/1/2023 for a party of 30 and my experience was every bit of PERFECTION! This was possibly the best customer service I have ever encountered. The drinks were amazing, and the food was to die for! My friends are still talking about the salmon and steak! The staff was very friendly and everyone in my party had a wonderful time. From the start, communicating with Shanna was awesome! She replies quickly and gave me all of the information I needed without me even asking mostly; including the many options available for different budgets. She was incredibly helpful and all questions and concerns were addressed by her effectively. I am very happy to have hosted at Elevation Chophouse and am looking forward to returning someday very soon!"

"Brunch is where it’s at here. Served Saturday and Sunday, the brunch is quite affordable and offers great daytime views of an active runway. Fun place to take kids who love planes (daytime preferably as it gets fancier at night). They don’t have a “kid’s menu”, but can do chicken tenders and fries if you ask. Our server Allie was awesome on our last trip too."
