"I went to Waffle House on this weekend and the place was empty. It was around 11:25pm. I called out to employees and no one answered. When i went outside towards the back all i smelled weed. Do NOT go here to eat. Bad Business Ethics!"

"I come here every single morning before work, and receive top-notch service not common for a waffle house from Vidal. I’m not sure how new he is, But he greets you with the biggest smile every morning, has the greatest attitude, and is very quick to action. Part of the reason I come here, is because it’s close to work, and just to be served by Vidal. I really hope a manager sees this and gives Vidal the appreciation he deserves. I really believe a raise or a management position is in order. Vidal if you are seeing this thank you for making my experience great."

"No one in store went outside and smelled weed in back no one visible in store. Tonight at 11:19 pm. Do not go to this store? A bunch of weed heads work here. Very disappointed! Service sucks! No number on door to phone manager. I will never go back here!"

"While one will consider this an Atlanta culinary institution, this is not a restaurant for me. A couple people sleeping inside here, one person looked homeless - definitely not a place I want to go during the late evening or early morning hours. The food was okay, however at this price point you can certainly get better food in the area. I think Reveille has the best breakfast and in second place would be First Watch, although First Watch pricing has become extremely pricey. At waffle House not everything is on the menu, they do offer omelettes as well. Unfortunately I won't be back at this restaurant. If I want a better breakfast for just a few more bucks I will somewhere else, Even McDonald's has better food for less money."

"The service and waitstaff here is rather unattentive. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, and received our food before our drinks. They forgot basics like straws and syrup for our waffles until we mentioned them. They also took forever to give us the check to the point that we had to get up and pay for it. The staff all seem like a bunch of kids, and near the end of our meal they all seemed to have left. The food was competently prepared but our service and experience wasn't great. I will say the waitress discounted our meal at the end, which was nice of her, but considering the service and everything, I would still have to think twice before coming back."
