Paulding County Water Department

"I never know when I'm getting a billing in the mail. I used to get a billing around the 20th of the month but this month I'm still waiting. It's the 6th of the month and still no bill. Also, why can you not go into the company's website to see your current bill and history. I signed up to be able to go into my account but no information. If you sign up for E payments they only begin with a current billing and no history prior to signing up. And a 3rd party charge for the service."

"Good luck in getting any human being in this department. It is 4:00 and even though they claim they are still open, I get a message that says they are closed. There is no way to pay a payment over the phone! Website doesn't work and neither does any other way to make a payment. Get it together WATER DEPT. I am sure, if I miss a payment, you guys would be here in a minute to turn my water off!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN FACT IT IS NON EXISTENT!!!!!!"

"Be careful when you move out that you have removed your payment information from them. I moved in 5 months ago, and have had trouble adding my card for auto pay. I instead paid 3-4 days early to avoid late charges each month. I finally call up there and the last person that lived here STILL had their auto-pay on. How ridiculous is that? I ask how can I be confident that I won't be charged after I move out? Customer service didn't care and basically told me to buzz off. Paying over $100 a month for water is already ridiculous then add on terrible service as other have said? Wish there were better options"

"Bill for last month was extremely high. Tried talking to the customer service rep and they told me someone would be out to see if I may be having a leak. Was told the meter wasn't running nor did they see any leaks, but I still had to pay my bill and stated there is a leak somewhere (which doesn't make sense to me because a leak doesn't fix itself and the meter would be running constantly). Tried speaking with a supervisor and was told that someone would reach out to me, never got a call. They very clearly don't want to help anyone with any billing concerns."

"I do have to give them a 5 star rating. I called about 10pm on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend about getting my water turned off for a pipe that burst in my yard. Within 20 minutes someone came to turn off my water. I was very impressed."
