"Crazy how I order a 5 pc tender with two biscuits and end up with 4 tenders and one biscuit. You can’t fix stupid I guess. Get your kids out of the lobby"

"Okay, so I order 2 spicy thighs with no sides. It’s $6.88. When I get to the window and pay, the lady says, “she don’t wanna sell the spicy thighs.” I told her just to give me the regular. In the background an employee is working there with a sweatshirt that says in large print, “a**h***s live forever. What??? It was on the front and back. Then I started thinking about why she wouldn’t want to sell the spicy thighs… ultimately I decided they must be bad, and if they’re bad, I better not eat the ones I bought. I trashed them. Two things - the employee should have said they were out, and who allows an employee to work at a family restaurant with vulgar words on their clothing??? I felt spoofed. This was the Villa Rica location."

"The night service at this location is a joke! I'm a regular and just ordered Doordash. I called before ordering requesting no gravy on my mash. He took my name and said no problem. Got order sure enough have gravy on them. Plus When we eat inside there is kids running around everywhere at night that are employees children. Why do I have to be charged for sauces when these kids get handfuls plus free tons food especially fries? Not to mention half the time the lobby isn't open. I drop 100$'s a month at this store with a family of 5. I won't be back!"

"Every time I go to this Popeyes there is an issue. They are either out of everything, or they screw the order up. Tonight I tried to order a 12 piece tender family meal and was told they don’t have a 12 piece tender family meal when it was clearly on the menu in the drive through. I was then told I could order a 9 piece family meal, so I said fine I’ll just get that I want mild. I get to the window and see them putting normal single serving sides in my bag; I told them I ordered the family meal with large sides and they proceeded to give me three single servings instead of just giving me a large (which I was fine with). I also asked several times for blackened ranch. After I get my food I realized they didn’t give me my blackened ranch I asked for several times so I had to go park and go inside and get it; inside I asked for the blackened ranch and was given attitude and only revived two ranches for the 9 piece. I then asked for more because that wouldn’t be enough and was met with more attitude. After all that and I get home I pull my order out of the bag only to realize the three single serving sides weren’t even filled half way. I could literally put all three in one single serving container (I ordered large sides), and then I open my chicken only to discover they gave me about 4 full size tenders and the rest were just fried batter and giblets, then I proceed to bite one and of course it’s spicy which is fine if I was eating it by myself but kids aren’t gonna eat spicy chicken. So long story short I’m out $27 and diner is ruined. I will not be going back to this Popeyes and will be driving to Bremen or Carrollton or not getting Popeyes at all. Thanks for wasting my money and time."

"Whomever is reading this please, don’t go here. The lady in the drive through is TERRIBLE, she had a bad attitude and they gave me the wrong order, I specifically ordered 3 mild legs and I received this burnt mess. I instantly went back because I was trying to see if this was spicy chicken or if this was burnt mild chicken, the lady said “it’s just the grease” .. and I responded with well that grease needs to be changed because the chicken stinks and no one should be fed this. Come to find out they gave me SPICY and the manager then apologized but the lady at the window continued to say rude and derogatory things from her ghetto mouth. She need to be put in the back or something not at the window ! The manager was nice but the crew is ghetto and terrible, need to be fired also THE PRICES HAVE SKY ROCKETED so no orders should be messing up if we’re paying our money."
