"I called in the day before to explain I was going to need a fairly large order to go for a local nursing home. I needed a gallon of hot chocolate and two dozen donuts. They recommended the large 100oz JOE BOX with hot chocolate. So I gave them my name and cell number and pickup time. Next day when I arrived, nobody knew anything about my order so I had to wait 20 while it was made. Then after paying I was told " you should have used the app and you would have saved quite a bit of money". Oh ok, so why wasn't I told that the day before? Basically I ended up having to WAIT and pay FULL PRICE. Donuts and hot chocolate were good but not exactly the experience it should have been."
"They are horrible to each other. Especially the night shift? I asked for a Coldbrew regular cream and sugar. Let me tell you she was snarky and rude. They are rude to each other. 3 people on one shift? And they are rude to each other. They don't work together and bring each other down. The manager really needs to step up and have a meeting especially with the short brown haired girl with the tangles. And that other girl with black hair and glasses so rude!! Always picking on the odd one out when they are on shift together. Hope they shut down. And we get a Chick-fil-A"
"I'm door dash man of course I love coffee all I know is this has some really talented people working with there stuff together. Just couple days ago I saw there best a very tall lady with curls made my order bamm done knew her stuff plus very nice wish I got her name but I married lol but all in all this location ""again in jasper which everyone is in this town will bend over backward for you"" is as nice as they come."
"They’re awesome! I’ve never had an order messed up Here and even when I have crazy requests with my drink they make it perfect! 10/10 recommend this Dunkin for the perfect drink!"
"Coffee was great and the order was right. Employees are on target with their tasks. The store and restrooms were clean, but could have been better. The acoustics were very loud when blenders were running and employees banging something in back. There piped music a little loud as well. Overall a better than average for a Dunkin’."
