"I wish I had taken a picture of my food. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers with extra pickles and no onions from the drive-thru. I really truly regretted not taking that picture. You would never believe how the burger was looking. I kid you not if I haven't pulled over as soon as I did. The burger looked like it's been sitting in the corner for a few days. The sandwich was cold to the touch. They pieced the cheese on the meat, which both were dried out. I just don't understand why. It wasn't busy that night. The inside was closed, and the drive-thru may have had 5 car tops. I met the supervisor at the door, which was nice, and asked if I wanted the food replaced. Of course, I said no, thank you, that just ruined my appetite. Yes, I was refunded, but now I'm through with Villa Rica Krystal. To be honest, I'm surprised they're still standing. That is just my opinion. They need a makeover or just lock their doors."

"Worst Krystal location!! Service takes forever even in the drive through. Will be at least a 20 minute wait. Your order will never be 100% correct and they don't care enough to fix it. Every time I order a Krystal Chick the chicken is so over cooked that it is hard, inedible, & almost see through. They also refuse to put pickles on their Krystals unless you specifically ask for them. I've given this place 3 separate chances and they've let me down each time. I will never give this location my business again."

"My husband did an online order today while he was at work and went to pick it up. The drive thru was backed up like crazy. He thought he had picked drive thru, but then realized it was pick up inside, so he parked and was going inside. He realized the doors were locked, but there was an employee right there, so he asked if she could open the door so he could get his food as he had an online order and he selected pick up inside. She said no, he had to through the drive thru. So he gets back in the long line and waits. The employees are taking forever to get to each car at the speaker. He sees that the car at the window is done, and they have not even started to talk to the one at the speaker, so he drives to the window since he was just there to pick up what he had already ordered. He gets to the window and hears one of the employees say “he’s at the window now.” He tells them that he just needs to pick up his mobile order and gives them his name. They try to give him another ladies order and he tells them that isn’t his and that he wants his order. They said someone already picked it up and he said that wasn’t his problem that they messed up and gave his order to the wrong person because there is no way anybody had his information. He asked for them to remake it and they refused to remake it. He asked for a refund and they said they would not do that either because they gave someone his order already. So he told them that he would dispute it with his bank and one of the female employees told him “oh good luck cry baby.” This is the worst customer service he has ever received. He will definitely not be going back and this location needs to be shut down and every single one of these woman need to be fired. He had to go without lunch today because of their screw up and incompetence."

"When we arrived we tried to walk in, a guy in the lobby held up his finger telling us to hold on a minute and walked to the back of the kitchen until we walked away. Sat in the drive thru line for more than 30 mins. They were taking one order at a time. When arriving at the speaker they took another 2-3 mins to answer the speaker. The lady told us they were out of sweet tea. When arriving at the window I seen a pitcher of tea on the counter. I asked if she had enough help and she stated it was only her and one other employee when I seen that there are 4 employees inside. I'm not sure why it is taking so long. This is horrible business. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I am a GM in the area and this just looks bad. Application for the GM position has been put in by my old GM and she hasn't gotten any response, her name is Angela!"

"Restaurant is old and could use some updating or remodeling. The food is good for the type of food. Staff not bad, but not overly friendly. However, have had some especially rude ones before. But overall not bad for a fast food quick stop."
