"Being from the south I've always enjoyed the southern-style biscuits from here but part of the atmosphere is the friendliness of the staff which to say is lacking, is to say the least. When you go through the drive-thru they won't even tell you your total they simply say drive around and when you get to the window you're lucky if you even get an eye roll. Customers are treated as if they are a hindrance. This is my experience every time there's a certain few that run the drive-thru which was there this morning in fact. If you're so miserable, find you another job. A simple smile or a thank you goes a long way."
"Jack's is pretty good for lunch and dinner. But their breakfast is Awesome and at a Awesome price too , Jack's is a great choice any time of the day breakfast ,lunch,or dinner."
"Food was great but went to take a drink of tea and an alien worm thing sucked into my mouth. I don't know what it is but it is hard look at without throwing up. Probably a one time thing but I don't wish it on anybody else. I'll probably stick with the fountain machine next time."
"Not to extreme in either direction. Pretty good chicken for a fair price. But somehow they have mastered RANCH SAUSE and it's watery but somehow just somehow is extremely good. If they could only get seasoning on the fries EVERY TIME then they might earn another star. Very good seasoning but rarely makes it to the fries like it should."
"Service is quick, staff is polite, restaurant clean, Jack’s is one of the few restaurants that has burgers, fries, and fried chicken dishes. Ample parking, conveniently located off the main road. No playground, but a fine environment for young kids."
